Who I am is a human whose name is coincidentally J(ohn) Cleveland Payne, and I want to welcome you to my personal website, J Cleveland Payne dot NET.

What I do, the usual ice-breaking question asked, is hard to define. At any given time I am working as a radio personality, website and graphic designer, writer/blogger, mentor and performance coach. I like to think of myself as a ‘thinker with a productivity problem.

What I am is a person that is always looking to learn and willing to help. You could say I am even addicted to both of these things.

I am also a very recent discoverer that I can only work with so many people for so many hours of the day. I am not quite a practitioner of this knowledge, but as we used to say, “knowing is half the battle.”

The purpose of this site is to provide you access to, as stated in a former description, “my online home, featuring project info, bios, & My Complete Lack of Reasoning Blog (now know as ‘The Blog No One Reads‘).” This makes this website and blog essentially a ‘mental dumping ground’ under the guise of a supposedly profession website. Here you will see snippets of thoughts from various aspects of my ‘day job’ (on-air radio talent & interactive/website manager at Citadel Broadcasting-Little Rock) and my ‘side hustle’ (my personal small business with way to many divisions, Fast Forward Business Properties, LLC). This works to varying degrees of success.
